Native Nature, a Vancouver-based clothing and storytelling brand, is announcing the development of The Becoverse, an original story-driven universe that brings together fashion, comics, characters, collectible trading cards, and community-backed creative IP.
Built around the brand philosophy “Become Original,” Native Nature is more than a clothing label. It is creating an interconnected world where apparel becomes part of a larger story; one that invites people to participate in the origin of a new creative universe.
The Becoverse begins with an original comic story, character-led worldbuilding, limited apparel, and collectible trading cards designed to connect physical products with storytelling. Through this approach, Native Nature is building a brand experience that goes beyond traditional fashion by giving customers a world to discover, follow, and support.
“Our goal with Native Nature is to build something that feels alive,” said founder of Native Nature. “The Becoverse is about originality, identity, transformation, and the courage to become who you are meant to be. We are using fashion as the entry point, but the larger vision is storytelling, intellectual property, and community.”
Native Nature is preparing a Kickstarter campaign to help fund the production of the first comic issue and the first set of collectible trading cards. The campaign will feature digital and physical rewards, including the comic, trading cards, selected story-led apparel, and launch bundles for early supporters.
The campaign is expected to launch on June 14, 2026. The project has already started attracting attention from early supporters, creators, and potential backers interested in the brand’s mix of clothing, comics, collectibles, and original storytelling. Native Nature is using the pre-launch period to grow its early community and invite people into the story before the first issue is produced.
The Becoverse is part of Native Nature’s long-term ambition to build a Canadian-born creative IP brand with global potential one that can expand into comics, apparel, trading cards, digital experiences, animation, music, games, and future licensing opportunities.
