By placing an order:

  • You confirm all details are accurate
  • You agree to pricing, shipping, and policies

We reserve the right to:

  • cancel orders
  • limit quantities
  • refuse suspicious or resale purchases

 

2. Pricing

  • Prices are shown in applicable currency (CAD/USD)
  • Taxes and shipping are added at checkout

 

3. Payment

We accept:

  • major credit/debit cards
  • Shopify-supported payments

Orders are processed after payment authorization.

 

4. Shipping

  • Orders are shipped to valid addresses in Canada, USA & Globally
  • Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees

 

5. Risk & Ownership

Ownership transfers when:
product is delivered to carrier

 

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns must follow our Returns Policy
  • Refunds go to original payment method
  • Final sale items are not eligible

 

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled before fulfillment
  • After shipment → return process applies

 

8. No Resale

Products are for personal use only.
We may restrict accounts suspected of resale.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

Same principle as Terms of Use:
liability limited to purchase amount

 

10. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays due to:

  • supply chain issues
  • weather
  • global disruptions
