Native Nature is operated under Integrated Brand Communications Inc. (“Native Nature”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

These Terms apply to users located in Canada and the United States.

 

2. Eligibility

You must:

  • Use the Services under supervision of a parent/guardian

You agree to:

All content on Native Nature (including:

  • storytelling assets
  • product visuals
  • comics/universe IP

) is owned by Native Nature.

5. User Content

If you submit content (reviews, images, etc.), you grant Native Nature a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for marketing and brand purposes.

 

6. Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • keeping login details secure
  • all activity under your account

 

7. Product & Experience Disclaimer

Native Nature products are:

  • lifestyle and performance apparel
  • not medical or safety devices

Use is at your own discretion.

 

8. Third-Party Services

We may link to third-party tools (payments, shipping, etc.).
We are not responsible for their policies or actions.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Native Nature is not liable for:

  • indirect or consequential damages
  • loss of profits or data
  • misuse of products

Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service.

 

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Native Nature against claims arising from:

  • violation of these Terms
  • unlawful activity

 

11. Governing Law

  • Canada users → governed by Canadian law (British Columbia)
  • USA users → governed by applicable state law

Consumer rights are not waived.
