Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Native Nature. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. During product launches, limited drops, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: CANADA

Estimated delivery time within Canada is 3 to 7 business days after your order has been processed.

UNITED STATES SHIPPING

Estimated delivery time to the United States is 5 to 10 business days after your order has been processed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship internationally. Delivery times and shipping costs vary by destination. Customs duties, import taxes, and any associated fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping rate at checkout. Native Nature has no control over customs processing times, which may extend delivery estimates.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Standard Delivery Free on orders of $150 USD or more $14 USD on orders under $90 USD Generally arrives in 3 to 15 business days
  • Express Worldwide Delivery Estimated $45 USD,  final rate confirmed at checkout Generally arrives in 3 to 8 business days

TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Native Nature is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather events, or any circumstances outside our control. In the event of a significant delay, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.

If your order appears lost or significantly delayed beyond the estimated window, please contact us at hello@nativenature.ca and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

SHIPPING ERRORS

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a shipping error caused by Native Nature, please contact us at hello@nativenature.ca within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or resolution at no additional cost to you.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Native Nature, including but not limited to incorrect items shipped or orders that arrive damaged due to our packaging.

DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS

We are unable to deliver to PO boxes, re-shippers, or package-forwarding services. Orders placed to these address types may be cancelled and refunded.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Please note that we do not accept exchanges. For return eligibility, please refer to our Refund Policy.
