How do I start a return?

To start a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide the next steps after review.

What is your return window?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and has all original tags attached.

What items are not eligible for return?

Final sale items, worn or washed products, damaged items not reported on delivery, and items returned without original tags are not eligible for return.

Do you offer exchanges?

Exchanges are offered based on product availability. If the requested size or item is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or sent in error by Native Nature.

How long do refunds take?

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact Native Nature within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve it quickly.

Can I return an item purchased during a limited drop?

Limited drops may be marked as final sale. If so, they will not be eligible for return or exchange. Please review the product page carefully before purchase.
