How long does it take to process an order?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 days. During product launches, limited drops, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

How long does shipping take within Canada?

Estimated delivery time within Canada is 3 to 7 business days after your order has been processed.

How long does shipping take to the United States?

Estimated delivery time to the United States is 5 to 10 business days after processing.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Native Nature ships internationally. Delivery times and shipping costs vary by destination, and customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Generally, our shipping costs ranges are:

Standard delivery

  • Free for orders of $150 USD or more
  • $14 for orders less than $90
  • Generally arrives in 3–15 business days

Express Worldwide delivery

  • Estimated $45. Might be more or less.
  • Generally arrives in 3–8 business days
Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Can shipping be delayed?

While we work with reliable carriers, delays can happen due to weather, customs processing, carrier disruptions, or high seasonal demand.

Are shipping fees refundable?

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the order arrives damaged or there is a shipping error caused by Native Nature.

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, except for national holidays.
  • Orders may experience longer processing and delivery times during public holidays.
  • Orders can't be delivered to PO boxes, re-shippers or package-forwarding services.
